Titmouse Artistic Mentorship Program - Design & Paint [Summer 2025]

As a mentee in the Titmouse Artistic Mentorship Program for Design & Paint, your primary responsibilities will encompass completing various practice art assignments, participating in one-on-one meetings with experienced Titmouse employees, and attending workshops designed to enhance your skills. You will also shadow meetings of live productions to gain insight into the creative processes at Titmouse, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of the animation industry.

To apply for the Titmouse Artistic Mentorship Program, you should be familiar with the animation process, either through academic experience, personal projects, or prior work. You must also demonstrate a keen interest in the tracks of design or paint. Importantly, this program is tailored for artists who are not currently employed full-time in the animation industry, allowing for a focus on skill development and networking.

The Titmouse Artistic Mentorship Program is an unpaid, voluntary opportunity designed to help emerging artists gain experience and knowledge in the animation industry. Though it does not offer monetary compensation, the valuable mentorship, networking opportunities, and professional insights provided during this ten-week program are priceless.

The Titmouse Artistic Mentorship Program requires a commitment of at least one full day a week in the office over the ten weeks, which totals a maximum of 216 hours.
